  • Representing a statutory body in a dispute in excess of $75 million concerning the construction of utilities.

  • Advising and drafting an operations and maintenance contract for a floating mega-watt generator set for the then-largest shipyard in Labuan Sabah, Malaysia.

  • Acting in a dispute concerning additions and alterations to a penthouse unit along Arthur Road involving, amongst others, various design defects and breaches of the Building and Construction Act and subsidiary legislation.

  • Advising the MCST of a large northeast condominium with respect to construction defects and design defects in excess of $7 million.

  • Advising a main contractor in a project for the re-cladding of a good class commercial building at Raffles Place. The project sum was in excess of $11 million.

  • Acting for owners in a multi-million dispute concerning additions and alterations to a good class bungalow.

  • Successfully representing the Singapore branch of a Hong Kong-listed construction company in a claim exceeding $600,000.00 arising from a breach of personal guarantee in connection with a construction project.

  • Taking over conduct of a claim involving a temple along Paya Lebar Road. The quantum in dispute was in excess of $500,000.00.

  • Acting for a sub-contractor in a dispute concerning a project for modernisation works of double-deck elevators in one of the tallest buildings in Singapore.

  • Acting for a sub-contractor in a dispute concerning one of the first installations of pneumatic waste systems in Singapore in a private condominium situated along Thomson Road.

  • Acting for a group of shophouse owners over the failure of a retaining wall behind their property against a statutory body in a dispute in excess of $300,000.00.

  • Acting for a construction company to injunct a bond call by the largest developer in Singapore worth in excess of $16 million.

  • Acting for a Singapore listed construction company in utility infrastructure project.

  • Acting for a private developer over the demolition and construction of a detached home in its dispute with the main contractor and the architect.

  • Acting for a construction company in defending allegations of building defects by a large condominium in the northeast of Singapore.

  • Acting for a main contractor to defend against allegation of power surge leading to damage to sensitive equipment.

  • Acting for insurers of a contractor who had allegedly caused damage to sensitive equipment in a wafer fabrication facility leading to alleged damage in excess of $2.2 million.

  • Acting for a Chinese government linked construction company against a claim for indemnity by an international insurance company.

  • Advising a main contractor with respect to delay and imposition of liquidated damages by a statutory board over the construction of a major building in the Marine Parade area.
