Strata property disputes
Disputes between various stakeholders in a strata property can be ugly and costly. At TLC, we understand such dispute can be especially personal involving our homes and living spaces. Our specialist team at TLC can resolve and even prevent such disputes.

- Advising on the legality of proposed resolutions and by-laws
- Advising on the applicability of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) to various stakeholders of the strata property
