In addition to our employment disputes practice, our team is also experienced in assisting clients in the non-contentious aspects of employment law to ensure that their HR practices and documentation comply with Singapore law and the advisories and guidelines published by the Ministry of Manpower and the tripartite partners. This practice includes advisory services on practical aspects of employment law and HR, where our lawyers are also qualified HR practitioners with certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals and are members of the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
