Acting for practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine in civil and disciplinary inquiries arising out of an application of innovative line treatment techniques;
Acting for a doctor in a claim arising out of an alleged a botched surgery for a sum in excess of $1 million;
Advised a claimant in a claim concerning the wrongful death at childbirth caused by amniotic fluid embolism; and
Appointed members of the Transplant Ethics Committee (under the Human Organ Transplant Act) and the Ethics Committee for Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
