- Acting for a doctor in a claim arising out of an alleged a botched surgery for a sum in excess of $1 million.
- Advised a claimant in a claim concerning the wrongful death at childbirth caused by amniotic fluid embolism.
- Negotiated a settlement for a claim against a hospital arising from an unnecessary surgical procedure caused by clerical errors during a pelvic scan.
